It's back! Another crack...errr...Girl Scout cookie & wine pairing!
On April 16 & April 18, we'll be pairing four cookies with four wines.
This week, staff will be conducting the arduous task of tasting and selecting the best cookie/wine combination (for Science!), and we will update our ads with the selections as we get closer. Samoas will definitely be on the list.
4 pairings for $22.
Hours: 3-9pm, last call for the pairing is 8pm.
We sold out last year, so reservations are highly recommended!

Sunday School Wine Tasting
Alveare Winery
April 19, 12-5pm
A few of you have been asking when we'll be pouring Alveare wine again, and we're happy to report we are doing just that this Sunday!
Alveare is located on an 1870s farm property in Carnation, and operated by Xander and Samantha Kent who are the owners, winemakers, and beekeepers.

Bart Fawbush, owner & winemaker for Bartholomew Winery, will be stopping by to pour for us on May 9!
Bartholomew Winery was established in 2007, with tasting rooms in Kennewick & Walla Walla.
The winery focuses on producing great wine from varietals rarely seen in Washington state, and we cannot wait to taste what he's bringing over!
8 tastes for $32.
Bart will be pouring 3-6pm. Staff take over 6-8.

We’ll be pouring Armour’s Carbo Barbo Carbonic Barbera (a fan-favorite from previous tastings), Esja’s Sangiovese, Ovum EZY TGR Chillable Red, & Unico Zelo Fresh AF Nero D’Avola.

I Don’t Know $%!# About Wine will be a fun class giving you an opportunity to learn:
How to smell
How to swirl
Why aerate?
What the heck do wine descriptions like "pencil shavings", "tar" and "barnyard smell" actually mean?!!!
We will be pouring 5 wines 3 oz each for this class, 2 whites, 2 reds and a sparkling.
