Join us for our first Bitter Sweet Chocolate and Wine Pairing on Thursday November 7th from 5 to 8.
How could you possibly go wrong with elegant artisan chocolates paired with enchanting wines? We don't think you can either. We've spent time pairing these wines and artisan chocolates and believe we have found the perfect pairings.
We will be pairing 4 Bitter Sweet Chocolates with 4 different wines for $30. Wines include prosecco, a Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon blend, a Washington Cabernet Sauvignon, and a sweet sparkling red.
This event is a "Reservations Only" pairing as we need to ensure we order the appropriate amount of chocolates.

I Don’t Know $%!# About Wine will be a fun class giving you an opportunity to learn:
How to smell
How to swirl
Why aerate?
What the heck do wine descriptions like "pencil shavings", "tar" and "barnyard smell" actually mean?!!!
We will be pouring 5 wines 3 oz each for this class, 2 whites, 2 reds and a sparkling.
