Does wine affect food or is the food that affects the wine?

In this class, we build off the principles we discussed in our first class "I Don't Know S%!# About Wine," & Ellen and Chris will discuss the effects of salty, sweet, acidic, & umami foods.

If you didn’t attend our previous class, don’t worry, you can still attend this one!

We're hiring for our Saturday shift!

Time may vary depending on the needs of the day, but the shift is usually 4:00-close (9-9:30pm).

The position is mainly for our kitchen: assembling shareables & salads, making paninis. Will also help beverage service as needed. MAST and Food Handler's Card will be needed.

Wages: $16.66/hr plus tips.

Drop off resumes at 324 Custer Way SW, Tumwater when we're open (3-9pm Wed-Sat; 12-5 Sunday).

We will be pouring 5 wines 3 oz each for this class, 2 whites, 2 reds and a sparkling.
